| 1. Business Visa | |||

1. Business visa need to be taken on arrival. 2. Valid passport for 6 Months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page and last page on seperate page). 3. One form printed back to back (also require Authorization form). 4. Two Recent Colour Photographs 35mm x 45mm with W/B & without border, 70 - 80 percent face (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 5. Copy of Personal Income Tax last 3 years papers. 6. For Proprietor - Required Company and personal Bank Statement. 7. For Proprietor - Required Company's ITR-5. 8. For Proprietor - Required Company's Registration Copy. 9. Covering letter. 10. Covid Vaccine Certificate. 11. Salary slips for last three months. 12. Return ticket. 13. Overseas mediclaim policy. 13. Bank Statement for the last 6 Months. 14. Invitation letter from the Netherlands. Note : ☛ Time taken 3 Working Days. ☛ Need to take appointment with VFS for submission. ☛ visa submission can be done in VFS-Mumbai but The same goes to Delhi for processing. ☛ Indian citizens applying a Schengen visa will have to present at VFS to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography). The subsequent application to a Schengen Countries (after the first application effective 02 Nov 2015) for next 5 years, need not appear in person for biometric./ Nevertheless it has to be underlined that in case of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the applicant, the consulate shall collect again fingerprints within the 5 year period specified above. The Database of all Biometric (photos & finger print) will be store for 5 years only. There are certain exemptions as follows: ☛ Children under 12 Age ☛ Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible ☛ Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.. |

For Dependent (Wife) Require Birth certificate with Apostille stamp, Marriage certificate with Apostille stamp and Husbands Passport copy. 7. For Dependent ( Children ) Require Birth certificate with Apostille stamp, Both the parents Passport copy, Consent letter from Father.
