1) Business Visa :
1. Original Visa Application Forms filled and signed and should be on seperate pages.
2. Valid Passport - Atleast 3months after the intended stay,have been used within the previous 10 years,validity must not exceeds 10 years and have 2 blank pages.
3. Covering letter (On BusineS letter head )
4. Invitation letter in Hungarian Language (Duly singed and stamp by an authorized person of the hungarian business entity).
5. Provide proof of actual business relations in hungary by a letter of reference from hungarian or indian company.
6. One Photograph passport size 3.5cm X 4.5cm white back ground with 80 percent face and should not be older than three Months.
7. Salary slips for last 3 months from the employer.
8. Hotel Confirmation from Hungarian Business entity.
9. The GSTI declation of the last two years of the Indian company.
10. Copies of ITR paper's of last 3 years of the Applicant's and the indian Company.
11. Last 3 months updated bank statement of the Applicant and the company with the Seal and Signature.
12. Travel Itinerary with travel dates including return flight ticket reservation.
13. Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen countries. The insurance has to
cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident,
illness, medical emergency, evacuate of arrival and departure..
