2) Tourist Visa :

4.   Two Recent Photographs with white background & without border, 35mm x 45mm, 80% face (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months).
5.   Detailed personal covering letter Adressed Consulate Generale of the France, Mumbai Exact Travel date, Passport Number.
6.   LOriginal leave letter from the Company.
7.   Copy of Income Tax Papers's for 3 years.
8.   Updated original bank statement for 6 Months with applicant's name, account no. with bank Seal & Sign.
9.   Overseas Mediclaim policy (The passenger has to Sign on the Insurance Policy).
10. Return ticket.
12. Foreign exchange or International credit card.
13. Hotel Confirmation.
14. Salary Slip for the last 3 month.
15. If sponsored by somebody from France for a tourist visa then the consulate require original sponsorship letter.
16. If the child is traveling with Single parent, consent is required from another parent on a stamp paper cost Rs. 50/- for child travel along with Birth Certificate.
17. If the child is traveling alone, consent is required from both the parent on a stamp paper cost Rs. 50/- for child travel along with Birth Certificate.

6.   Tax paper's of last 3 years.
7.   Last 6 Months updated bank statement with the Seal and Signature.
8.   Passport first and last pages 2 copies should be Notarized.
9.   CDC copies.
10. Insurance.
11. Ticket.
