1.   2 Application form.
2.   Covering letter (On BusineS letter head )
3.   Invitation letter form Bangladesh.
4.   Two Photographs size 35mm X 45mm white back ground with 80 percent face and should not be older than Six Months.
5.   Registration copy of Indian company.
6.   Visiting card of the Applicant.

☛  If you apply for a Multiple entry the Consulate will ask for a BOI letter from Bangladesh.
